Ugh. It’s been raining lately, and I don’t know why, but the rain always seems to affect me. It makes me sleepy all the time, and want to live in a pair of pyjamas. But pyjamas are for babies… I’m far from it, actually.
Still lingering on that thought, here’s the new list.
Top five things I wanted to do/achieve by eighteen (but never really did).
- Rockstardom
I always wanted to play a stadium show. I guess the things on this list aren't all impossible to achieve, but when I was fourteen, and still had a head full of hope and the world at my worn out Chucks, I thought I could do it all by eighteen.
- Climb the Harbour Bridge
Or something as equally cool that would induce a heart attack in my mother. Like sky-diving.
- Do charity work for the homeless
This was before I became a narcissist. . . I mean, I do feel bad about the less advantaged and whatnot, I give whatever change I have to spare whenever I see people asking for money when I'm in the city, but the fact of the matter is, if I gave everyone money because I felt bad, I'd be broke.
- Roadtrip to Adelaide with my bffl
Never happened. Don't think it will any time soon, since I'm STILL on my L's... and so is my older brother (whose licence is now so old that it's expired. Is there hope for me? Maybe).
- Work in a magazine as a workplace student
No joke, EVERY single newspaper in my region turned me down. Not because they're racist or anything, but you have to book a year BEFORE, and nobody cared to tell me that by the time work experience came around. Those cunts.
